Nor Tekstil Chose Vieri: – Simple, Efficient, and Clear

Vieri stood out as the best choice when Nor Tekstil was looking to develop their procurement systems.

– We have gone from using manual methods to implementing Vieri, an integrated platform that gathers all information in one place. This has significantly simplified our processes, says Adrianna Haugerud, Head of Procurement at Nor Tekstil.

Haugerud was hired for a newly created position as Head of Procurement at Nor Tekstil, to digitalise the procurement processes in the company. With around 40,000 vouchers a year, there was a need for a solution that could simplify and structure.

– After testing several different solutions, we chose Vieri. They stood out with their simple and intuitive user-friendliness. We had clear needs, and Vieri delivered, says Haugerud.

With over 130 employees involved in procurement processes, the implementation took some time, but today most things run seamlessly. Invoice matching was a particularly important feature, which is handled well.

Smart features and close dialogue

– Another feature I really appreciate is that we get reminders in the shopping cart about conditions in our agreements, for example minimum orders for free shipping or other contract terms that affect the cost picture. Such conditions are easy to forget in everyday life, and this is an example of a feature that directly impacts finances. This saves us both time and money, says Haugerud.
 
She also highlights the collaboration with Vieri as a strength: – They take our feedback seriously, and have already implemented features we have suggested. Vieri makes our everyday life easier. It is quite simply a fantastic solution, says Haugerud.
