Hæhre Consolidated Supplier Agreements with Vieri
– We finally have a system that provides overview and makes everyday life easier for both purchasers and project managers, says Morten Kiran, Head of Procurement at Hæhre.
The construction company Hæhre is the largest company in the AKH Group, a corporation that in 2024 had over 2,000 employees and a turnover of NOK 9 billion. After many years of growth and acquisitions, the company was left with different systems and scattered supplier agreements.
– When I started in 2023, I quickly saw the need for a common solution. We had to consolidate supplier agreements, make them accessible and ensure they were actually used by the right people, says Kiran.
From fragmented to unified solution
Through their membership in Tradebroker, Hæhre was introduced to Vieri. For the procurement team, it was important to find a system that was easy to adopt and quickly delivered results.
– Vieri was an easy choice for us. User-friendly, cost-effective, and with good support from Tradebroker. That made it easier to get management on board and get started, says Kiran.
Hæhre launched Vieri Ordering in autumn 2024. A year later, sister company Rental Group followed with its own similar solution.
More control and a simpler everyday
Today, purchasers and project managers find Hæhre's framework agreements in Vieri and can order directly from the system.
– In the long term, this will lead to better agreement loyalty, greater traceability on orders and simpler management towards the right suppliers, says Kiran.
Looking ahead
Currently, it is possible to order electronically on approximately ten of Hæhre's 70 to 80 framework agreements available in the solution, but the ambition is to increase this gradually.
– We want to move more and more into Vieri. The goal is for orders to be as automated as possible, and for us to get even better control over both processes and costs, even though we don't necessarily aim for everything to become digital, says Kiran.
– Vieri has given us a major boost. We finally have a common platform that works across the entire group – and it makes our everyday life significantly easier, he concludes.
